Shipping policy

All orders that are placed with us will be packed and shipped out, 1 week from its order date. If delays occur with the shipping company we will email you with the details of the status of your order. If your order is misplaced with the shipping company or gets lost you will receive either a full refund or the same items that you ordered sent out again!
